IMPERIAL TIKI SOUR collaboration with BERKELEY YEAST

A tart and fruity Imperial Sour - as blue as a Blue Hawaiian.

It’s not an easy task to brew a mouthwateringly sour beer with all the fruit flavor of a classic tiki drink, which is why we worked with Berkeley Yeast, using their Galactic Yeast Strain to brew Coolin’ Off.

The story of Tiki culture is the story of Americans falling in love with every new thing they encounter and then slowly crushing it until it’s at the very least extremely uncomfortable - like a toddler with a baby bunny.

It’s time we be Coolin’ Off.
