FRESH HOP HAZY IPA with FRESH CHINOOK

We make Fields of Green when we feel like it and every batch is different.

That way it’s always FRESH. But it’s never as FRESH as this year’s FRESH HOP Fields of Green. We picked up a truck load of Fresh Chinook from Coleman Agriculture  in Willamette Valley - that’s just a few hours from here. We can almost see the hops from our backyard. 

While the days grow shorter, the sky comes down lower, and the green hillsides of Astoria fade and fade to yellow and red, you can step out into these perfectly lush Fields of Green any time.
